Another band that can do almost no wrong. Kombynat Robotron released their latest album on Drone Rock Records a while back, and it doesn’t disappoint. Masters of space rock, and improvisational jamming, the three tracks on Frohe Zukunft, translated as “Happy Future”, further solidifies the band as genre leaders. Driving drums and bass lines lead the way as the band pounds through three solid tracks. Squealing reverb-drenched guitars rest just below the feedback and distorted bass of this epic dirge-like headbanger of a record. Hard-driving improv jams at their best. This one should definitely see a reissue, as it is nearly impossible to get.
