Naujawanan Baidar aka N.R. Safi aka Nick Rayne from The Myrrors is back with another stellar blend of his unique hybrid of desert psych and traditional afghan music. Pounding rhythms from various sources, distorted vocal overdubs, tape loop chaos all merged into one. There is a bit more of an organized musical approach to this release where the previous releases seemed more like a random collage. If you are a fan of The Myrrors you can find some of that buried within along with perhaps a bit of early krautrock There is also a bit of a soundtrack feel to this if you want to picture some chaos at a large shopping bazaar especially during “Khedmat Be Khalq” with its youth chants creating a bit of a tense feel. This is easily the best and most accessible release from Naujawanan Baidar. Released as a collaborative effort between Cardinal Fuzz, Radio Khiyaban, Feeding Tube (USA) and Ramble Records (AUS)
