Tengger is back with another superb release from this South Korean/Japanese couple. Tengger creates lush textures, drones, and ambiance recalling early Krautrock experimentation and exploration in the vein of Popol Vuh and other non-traditional outfits both electronic and spiritual. Tengger takes you on a voyage to other plains with gentle oscillations field recordings and vocal enchantments creating a kind of nature induced calm and serenity. This isn’t going to get you up and dancing but it will provide you with pure relaxation.
