Billed as ”psychedelic desert rock” Aun’t Cynthia’s Cabin builds on diverse sounds such as krautrock, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd and some good ole California western guitar twang to create a stunning album listening experience. The band is based in San Diego and the LP was recorded in Austin Texas. This is their first full length release. The album tracks through it’s varying styles, always leaving you in waiting for what might be next, from the dirge like riffs to those gentle laid back California grooves. One of the better LP’s released this year so far.. Standout Tracks include “Kennel And The Dog”, “Misty Woman” and “Black And Blue”.
